Delete your PatchMap account
Last updated: September 15, 2026
PatchMap is made by IndieSoft, a product of Indie Pepper Creative LLC. This page explains how to delete the account you use in the PatchMap app for iPhone and Android, and in the web app at app.patchmap.app.
1. Delete it in the app
Open the Account tab, scroll to Delete account, type your own email address to confirm, then tap Delete forever. There is no waiting period — the account and its data are removed straight away.
2. Or delete it on the web
Sign in and go to app.patchmap.app/account/delete. Type your email address to confirm and the account is deleted the same way.
3. If you can't sign in
Email hello@indiesoft.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
If you used a Live Room or the phone app without an account, there is nothing to sign in to — email us the display name you used and roughly when, and we'll delete what you contributed.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile, including your email address and name
- Your shows, venues, gear lockers, stage plots and patch sheets
- Your private notes and your show log
- Rooms you opened, and the flags and messages inside them
- Push notification tokens, so notifications stop
- Your product-usage analytics
- Any subscription is cancelled
What is kept, and for how long
- Messages and flags you contributed to rooms owned by other people. Those stay in that show's record, because they are part of someone else's working history — but your name is replaced with "Former crew member".
- Billing records, where tax and accounting law requires us to keep them.
- Backups. Our database backups are kept on a rolling 30-day window, so deleted data can persist in a backup for up to 30 days before it expires.
